We've got 'em again by popular demand - DIESTEL TURKEYS - the finest free range, hormone and antibiotic free, all-natural, grain-fed turkeys available!

The Diestel family has been raising turkeys on their ranch since 1949 and they are one of a very few, fully-integrated, grower-processors in the nation. These wonderful birds are processed fresh on the ranch in a USDA inspected plant, just before the holidays and are shipped deep-chilled, never frozen, to protect their wholesomeness.

Range grown and raised longer
Diestel turkeys enjoy the freedom of being range grown in the clean Sierra Foothills with individual care where they are raised longer (approximately 6 months) to develop flavor naturally – real flavor from real time.

Fed a low fat vegetarian diet free of growth stimulants and hormones 
Diestel turkeys are fed a wholesome low fat vegetarian diet of quality grains and soybeans milled on the ranch – free of growth stimulants and hormones.

Every year our kitchen staff, this year led by Greenery's wonderful Chef, Justin Sears, works tirelessly, over-night (literally 10 pm to 8 am) in order to prepare a sumptuous Thanksgiving feast - making the Thanksgiving holiday easy and always delicious - giving you more time to enjoy with family and friends!

Here is this year's bill of fare:

OVEN-ROASTED, FRESH, FREE-RANGE, ALL NATURAL, SUSTAINABLY FARMED, ANTIBIOTIC-FREE, DIESTEL TURKEY - each package is sized according to the number of guests (with leftovers) at your table - your choice of: our traditional Herb-Rubbed or Citrus-Chili Rubbed (for a southwestern twist) Seasoning and 5 of the following sides, to complete your dinner -

Organic Mixed Greens with candied pecans, baby beets, red onion, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette

Traditional Cornbread, House-smoked bacon and Trinity Vegetable Stuffing

Apple, Sausage and Sage Stuffing

Organic Sweet Potato Gratin with bourbon, maple syrup and creme fraiche
